Not YET, but one day soon! Our goal is to provide kids with a place to play all the way up to 17 years old. We recognize that as kids grow, their needs change, so we want to take our time and ensure our programming hits the spot for all ages and stages.

Our coaches are great! We hire people who genuinely love working with kids, have a passion for sport, and align with our belief that your kids are capable of SO. MUCH.

Rest assured that all GoPlay! Coaches are first-aid certified and have all passed criminal record checks prior to interacting with your kiddos.

Yes and no. For the most part, you will have the same coaches each week but from time to time, due to sickness and availability, you may have a substitute coach. Just as we want to provide flexibility for our GoPlay! families, we like to ensure our coaches have the flexibility to live their best lives as well.

We love two things: 1) learning and getting better through feedback from our parents and GoPlayers themselves, and 2) hearing about the coaches you love. We encourage you to send all feedback, positive and constructive, through this form.

You can review full details on our Parented vs. Unparented Classes here.

Outdoor Programs

In our outdoor Programs, parents do need to stay at the field or be nearby in a Parents Stay & Play Session.

Indoor Programs

In our indoor Programs, parents stay on location for the first 15-20 minutes to meet the coaches, play warm-up games, and help their kiddos get comfortable. After that, parents are asked to leave the facility as the coaches start working with the kids independently. Fostering independence and confidence is just one of the many skills our GoPlay! Coaches will work on with your kiddos and we have found the most effective way to do this is for them to have unparented time with the coaches.

Parents are invited (highly encouraged!) to attend the entirety of the last class in the session to actively participate, play games, and have fun with their child... all in all, a great way to wrap up the season!

All indoor facilities will have bathrooms for both kiddos and parents to use. However, the outdoor classes do not, so it’s best to fight the ‘go-pee-before-we-leave' battle nice and early on game day.

Kids are great at getting sick! We know that feeling well. Let’s work together to avoid spreading germs between our GoPlay! families. If your child is sick, please keep them home on game day. Remember, we have a flexible Absence Program and Makeup Classes policy which you can learn more about here.

If a child appears sick, our GoPlay! Coaches are instructed to ask them to sit the session out.

In the event that the Government outlines any masking mandates or stay-at-home policies, we will follow and implement all guidelines in a timely manner.

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the first class in your Session. After this date, but before the start of the Session, credits will be issued in place of refunds. After the start of the Session, no credits or refunds will be issued but parents can mark absences to bank makeup classes.

We believe in flexibility for families, so we have developed an amazing program that is unique to GoPlay! Check out the full details here.

We all know that kiddos love to splash in puddles and play in the rain, but here at GoPlay! we recognize that when it stops being fun, something must be done!

  • Our committed staff will make a daily weather call for all outdoor leagues, so there is no guessing if your kiddo will play or not and no wasting your time heading to a session that isn't going to be fun.

  • Each session is scheduled with 1-2 weeks of buffer time at the end which gives us the flexibility to reschedule classes cancelled due to inclement weather. This means if games are rained (or smoked!) out, kids and parents do not lose out.

    • Rescheduled sessions will always be at the same time, location and day as the cancelled session.

  • A cherry on top is our makeup program that provides parents with the ultimate level of flexibility. If you don’t think your kiddo will enjoy the weather, mark an absence and make it up later.

We live in Alberta, so kids are hardy as heck! We know that they are happy to play in all sorts of weather and let’s be honest, there will be days that are not picture perfect when they head to the field. The GoPlay! Weather policy is one of the most player-friendly policies out there and we’ll do what we can to ensure you have a great, value packed season!

Oh no! We hate the thought of this and our GoPlay! Coaches do everything they can to avoid it. However, if it happens, simply contact us to report it and work through a solution.

We’re here for you and your kiddo! Our Events are all nut-free and upon registration, we ask for health-related information like this that’s important for our Coaches to know. We will work with you one-on-one to ensure our GoPlay! Coaches are prepared to support your kiddo as needed.

Yes! If you have found an item, please fill out our lost and found form here and make a plan to return it to our office or bring it to your GoPlay! Coach at the next game.
